CSRs are rounded down. While the stockpile can support 8.75 rounds per weapon per day
without falling below the established S/L it could not support nine rounds per weapon per
day without falling below the S/L.
The 45,182 rounds remaining on hand on the 27th day would be less than the established
SL of 50,000 rounds at 30 DOS. When on-hand assets fall below the established SL, a
CSR must be established to preclude this condition from happening.
