When your divisor contains decimals, count the
number of places in the divisor to the right
of the decimal point and move the decimal to
the right that number of places to make the
divisor a whole number.
If the dividend already contains a decimal,
move the decimal to the right the same number
of places as moved in the divisor (adding
zeros if necessary).
Then, place a decimal point in the quotient
immediately above the new decimal place in the
dividend.
