INSPECTING THE PROPELLING CHARGE
Check to be sure that there are no components missing. A missing component is a MAJOR defect.
Check the prop charge bags to be sure
they are without foreign matter. When
you find foreign matter, such as mud or
dirt, on the prop charge bags, the defect
is MAJOR.
