Close the cover of the container and secure the
loops of the cover wire closures with a sallee
closer.
1. Insert the sallee closer through the side
loop of wire.
2. Catch the cover loop of wire in the
notch at the end of the sallee closer.
3. Move the sallee closer towards you and
down to push the side loop against the
container as tightly as possible.
Place two 6-foot lengths of steel strapping under the
container, about 3 inches from each end.
