NCO's assuming command may not act as Class A Agents. Other arrangements must be made
such as:
1. Sending troops to finance to be paid.
2. Making arrangements with finance to provide a Pay Officer.

A NCO acting as a Commander cannot impose non-judicial punishment. However, he can
recommend Article 15 punishment or impose punishment related to the situation. In this situation he
could have the individual get up earlier and make additional formations.
