structural damage from blast or missiles will be serious. These distances should be considered when
locating ammunition facilities near:
a. Fuel dumps and other storage facilities.
b. Airfields.
c. Hospitals.
d. Permanent radio transmitters.
e. Inhabited areas.
f. Headquarters.
g. Railroads.
h. Highways.
