Instruction to Student
1. TASK: You will be required to identify faulty components of Lightweight
Doppler Navigation Set AN/ASN-128.
2. CONDITIONS: You will have a complete Doppler Set AN/ASN-128, TM 11-
5841-281-12, TK-101/G and this subcourse booklet.
3. STANDARDS: To pass this test, you must correctly identify faulty
components of Lightweight Doppler Set AN/ASN-128 within a time limit of 30
minutes per fault. You must get two out of three faults right to pass.
Total time allowed will be 90 minutes.
4. REMEDIAL TRAINING:
If you incorrectly perform any task or subtask or
if you omit any task or subtask, you will be required to take remedial
training. This remedial training will be in the area you failed. You will
not be given this test again until you complete the remedial training and
not until at least 24 hours have elapsed. If you fail the second time, you
must repeat the complete lesson.
5.
TEST PROCEURES:
a.
Perform each task or subtask according to the directions given in
the TM.
b.
You will not receive any assistance from the supervisor.
c.
Inform the supervisor if the equipment fails to meet any
specification listed in the TM.
