MICOM. The MICOM located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is responsible for developing all
rockets to include the 2.75-inch rocket and the MLRS rocket, all guided missile systems used by the
Army and the Marine Corps, and directed-energy weapons systems (DEWS).
