lamp, as shown in Figure 1-21. The M51 test set is waterproof, and it may be used at temperatures as low as -
40F. The procedures for its use are as follows:
To test the M51 test set, connect a bare wire or the legs of the M2 crimpers between the binding posts.
Depress the handle sharply while observing the indicator lamp. If the test set is operative, the lamp will flash.
