Check for major dents. If a container is damaged to the extent that the propelling charge cannot be removed, it is
a MAJOR defect. If a dent impairs the structural integrity of the material or penetrates to expose the charge, it is
also a MAJOR defect. In each of these cases, the container must be replaced.
Inspect the container for rust and for pitting and perforations caused by rust. Minor rust that can be removed is a
MINOR defect. Otherwise, the classification is MAJOR.
