You performed a
visual inspection and then a basic operational test.
The basic test
referred you to a fault isolation guide which identified what subtest to
perform to isolate the trouble in a defective subassembly. As a result of
the knowledge and experience you have gained in this subcourse, you will
have no problem troubleshooting and repairing the AN/ARN-89 automatic
direction finder.
