PROCEDURES FOR GRADING AND CERTIFICATION
1.
Student. Please ensure that your SOJT monitor and unit commander are
given the opportunity to read the following information. These procedures
must be followed in order for you to receive credit for this subcourse.
2.
SOJT monitor.
After the student has successfully completed this
subcourse, mark item 1A on the examination response sheet and forward it to
the student's commanding officer.
3.
Commanding officer.
When you receive the examination response sheet
from the SOJT monitor, please type or write the following statement in the
instruction block:
"I certify that the above student has successfully
completed this subcourse." Then affix your signature over the statement and
forward the response sheet in the envelope provided.
