INTRODUCTION
1. This parallel resident/extension training package consists of a lesson
which is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to
align the azimuth cursor of Radar Set AN/FPN-40.
2. Radar Set AN/FPN-40 is a lightweight radar set that can be transported
by truck or helicopter.
The AN/FPN-40 operates in the 9,000 to 9,160
megahertz frequency.
