operating in the final approach
(precision) function, this
switch will select ranges of 1.5
(TAXI), 10, 20, and 40 nautical
miles as displayed on the CRT in
IP-800/FPN-40. When AN/FPN-40
is operating in the surveillance
(search) and taxi functions,
this switch will select ranges
of 3 (TAXI), 5, 10, 20, 40, and
200 (iff only) nautical miles,
as displayed on the CRT in IP-
800/FPN-40.
(2) PREC DELAY Control R-1513
Controls the start of the time
base sweep in reference to the
system trigger.
