d. Follow the procedure below to determine operation of controls and
switches of the CDU. Call your training supervisor when a defect has been
found.
(1) Rotate MODE (refer to figure 3-1) DISPLAY switches through all
positions checking for smooth switch operation.
NOTE:
MODE switch must be pulled out to move either out or into the
"OFF" position.
