Normally, the first local oscillator in a communication receiver in this
frequency range will operate at a lower frequency than the incoming signal.
The
second oscillator will operate at a higher frequency than the first IF.
1st Osc frequency = Incoming frequency - IF
+ 35.0 - 4.3 = 30.7 MHz
2d Osc frequency = 1st IF + 2d IF
= 4.300 + 0.455 = 4.755 MHz
