Each of the class/division hazard groups has tables of items in that class as well as tables of
required distances based on net weights of explosives.

Figure 2-11 (table 5-4) gives the inhabited building and public traffic route distances based on the
NEW as listed in the first two columns.
For example, if you had a NEW of 57,000 pounds of class/division 1.1 items stored at a location,
the inhabited building distance (IBD) would be 1,565 feet, and the public traffic route (PTR) distance
would be 940 feet.
