Navigable Stream: Only those parts of streams, channels, or canals, capable of being used in their
ordinary or maintained condition, or highways of commerce over which trade and travel are conducted
in the customary modes.
Passenger Railroad: Any steam, diesel, electric, or other railroad which carries passengers for
hire.
Public Traffic Route: Any public street, road, highway, navigable stream or passenger railway.
