combination of these three.
(1) A 208 volt 3 phase forced air electric heater.
(2) The air conditioner is replaced by a heat pump, which becomes the
primary heating source.
The heaters then become supplemental or back up
sources.
c. Air-conditioning system.
The van air-conditioning system, located
in the van bonnet (figure 7), incorporates a package-type, air-cooled, air-
conditioning unit operating on 208 AC, 3-phase power.
Control facilities
permit circulation of both cooled and uncooled fresh air from outside the
van.
The proportion of outside and inside air may be varied.
A air-
conditioning duct (figure 2), located on the van ceiling, conducts cooled or
uncooled air to the van interior.
