During this period,
necessary maintenance is performed on the team's organic equipment, with
emphasis on calibration standards, vehicles and generators.
6.
SUMMARY.
The Army calibration company must function at peak
efficiency if the reliability of TMDE is to be maintained. There cannot be
a missing link. All calibrations must be traceable to the National Bureau
of Standards.
The calibration specialist serves as one of the important
links in this calibration system.
