that there is no limit for the NEW. The IBD is listed at 400 feet. The PTR distance is listed at 240 feet.
The intraline distance is listed at 200 feet. The above ground magazine distance is listed at 200 feet.
Notice the NOTES under table 5-10 (fig. 2-22). Table 5-5 (fig. 2-23) distances may be used if total
HE in items does not exceed 1,000 pounds.
