"Expenditures are within authorized available supply rates" (requests for nontraining items).
d.
"Required for immediate expenditure within authorized allowances" (requests for nontraining items).
e.
"Required to replenish basic load" (requests for nontraining items).
f.
"Training dates are (date) through (date)" (requests for training items only).
g.
"To be used for overhead fire" (requests for training items only, as required).

When the DA Form 581 has been filled out and Block 13c has been signed, the form is forwarded to the DAO or
other officer designated to sign Block 14c. The DA Form 581 is then sent or hand carried to the ASP for
processing.
