(3) Requisitions.
(a) Requisitions
submitted
for
replacement
set
components, with recoverability code H and D, should contain the following
exception data, as appropriate:
1. The condition of the set component being replaced, i.e.,
unserviceable, economically repairable, or uneconomically repairable.
2. If uneconomically repairable, indicate the disposal action
taken.
3. If
unserviceable,
economically
repairable,
request
disposition instructions from the NICP.
4. State that replacement is in accordance with USAMCC (DRSMI-
MF) instructions, if appropriate.
