g. Locate the following controls test
points
of
the
vertical
and
horizontal sweep amplifiers (Figure 47).
(1) LEVEL 1 test point TP1701.
(2) LEVEL 2 test point TP1703.
(3) LEVEL ADJ control (R1712).
NOTE:
The vertical and horizontal amplifiers are identical cards.
The vertical sweep amplifier is the rear-most subassembly and
the horizontal sweep amplifier is the subassembly before it.

3.
Adjust the centering current of radar set AN/FPN-40.
a. Pull the synchronizer-generator, electronic marker SN-386/FPN-40
chassis out to the mechanical stops and pull the interlock to the forward-
most position (Figure 29).
