Section 4 is to be given to the owner/user as a receipt for the instrument.
(4) When a DS unit evacuates a TMDE to a GS unit for support, the
TMDE owner must be advised when and where the TMDE is evacuated.
The
notification of evacuation to the owner/user must include the information
outlined in figure 2-6.
